In 2026, FIATA marks its centenary, celebrating 100 years of representing, connecting and advancing the global freight forwarding and logistics community.

To commemorate this historic milestone, FIATA presents FIATA Forever: A Leadership Legacy, a special publication reflecting on a century of leadership, evolution and progress.

The book brings together the stories, perspectives and experiences that have shaped FIATA throughout its history. It features contributions from 16 living FIATA Past Presidents, offering a unique perspective on the organisation’s evolution across different eras of the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Their reflections are complemented by the perspective of the FIATA Director General, contributions from industry leaders and forewords from prominent international figures.

From FIATA’s early years to the changing realities of global trade and logistics today, FIATA Forever traces the organisation’s development and the people who have contributed to its enduring role as the global voice of freight logistics.

The publication also looks ahead, capturing lessons from FIATA’s history and the values, relationships and collective experience that can help guide the next generation of freight forwarding and logistics professionals.
