Sustainability is a critical issue facing our world today, and it has become increasingly clear that businesses have a significant role to play in addressing this challenge. The freight forwarding industry has a significant impact on the environment. However, this industry also has the potential to make a significant positive impact by adopting sustainable practices that reduce carbon emissions and promote environmental responsibility. By embracing more sustainable practices, the transport and logistics industry can play a vital role in promoting a greener future for our planet.

FIATA makes it one of its priorities to contribute to environmental, governance and social sustainability, and has launched a 3-pillar approach to becoming more sustainable. Further information on the current projects will follow.
