Become a Train-the-Trainer (TOT) Instructor
The FIATA TOT Programme is offered by international instructors with solid expertise in professional development in the logistics indsutry.
FIATA offers to interested instructors the possibility to become accredited for the ToT Programme which will be offered to interested FIATA Association Members. By becoming an accredited instructor, you not only expand your pool of students and gain valuable experience but also play a vital role in fostering the growth of knowledgeable professionals by nurturing future trainers within our community.
How to become accredited?
To become accredited, the instructor needs to meet the below criteria:
- Hold a valid certification in the field of logistics’ teaching or any other relevant certification.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding and logistics in the last 10 to 15 years. Be familiar with the latest trends, technologies, regulations, and best practices in the field.
- Have at least one relevant teaching experience, including in adults training.
- Has succeeded in graduating with FIATA TOT Programme.
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and oral (full professional proficiency).
- Provide proof of their credentials by supplying copies of all certificates and diplomas as well as a detailed résumé (curriculum vitae) and any other information which might support their application; at least two current professional references relative to work experience must be supplied with the application.
