Flagship Events Overview

FIATA World Congress

the FIATA World Congress (FWC), considered as the event highlight of the year, brings together the logistics community at large, members and non-members alike, to:

discuss industry challenges and trends
hear perspectives from top industry leaders and their solutions, and
exchange and network with supply chain actors from all around the world and from different parts of the logistics industry

Regional meetings are also held during the FWC, bringing forward regional issues, looking at beneficial regional collaborations to gain synergies, and to import and export these benefits to other associations.

FIATA HQ Meeting

The annual FIATA HQ Meeting, gathers FIATA's Association Members for internal Advisory Body and Institute meetings, in a workshop-style format, giving them the opportunity to:

work on solutions to the pressing challenges of the industry with other supply chain actors
develop resources and best practices for its member companies, and
network with fellow FIATA members

Regional meetings are also held during the FIATA HQ Meeting to address regional issues, promote regional collaborations and share these benefits with other associations.

Regional Field Meetings

The Regional Field Meetings, hosted by a regional association in collaboration with FIATA, are a key opportunity to:

attend B2B meetings
discuss regional challenges and solutions
to network with the regional freight forwarding community, and
share knowledge with fellow industry stakeholders to ‘navigate uncertain waters’

Partnerships and Sponsorships

Events are an ideal opportunity for service providers to build relationships with freight forwarders and raise awareness of their brand and products to the logistics and supply chain industry. Events are designed to facilitate conversation and interaction between key industry stakeholders and FIATA delegates.
