Article 11 Arbitration

Invocation of the regular courts shall be waived in the event of disputes between members and between members and FIATA.

In their place, the express competence of a court of arbitration is foreseen and the members of FIATA and FIATA itself shall acknowledge the competence of this court. The venue for such a court shall be Geneva, Switzerland. The dispute shall be construed in accordance with the law of Geneva, Switzerland, and the procedure shall be in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with these Rules.
